In trying to get my paper CV down to two pages there’s a lot of information that got lost in the cut this site is designed to be a supplement to that document. Due to the public nature of the Internet, however, personal information has been left to the paper version.

About Me

I am a highly motivated individual looking for new challenges, controlling, supporting and developing automated systems.

I have 14 years of experience in high volume automated warehousing covering both home shopping and retail logistics, controlling the automation workflow and supporting warehouse management systems.

In my last two positions I have been heavily involved in integrating new WMS and automation systems for JD Sports and ASOS/Norbert Dentressangle, working closely with Operations, Project Managers, Programmers and Engineers.

Having been fascinated with computers since childhood, my inner “geek” allows me to converse easily with programmers, systems support and engineers whilst my widespread experience in warehousing gives me an in depth knowledge of operations and the ability to translate and mediate between the two.

My programming training has given me the ability to break down large problems into small, manageable blocks. This also allows me to join the dots between ideas from diverse sources in order to construct a bigger solution.
